I can’t get past LG channels. The voice recognition system is a POS, as is the TV! I want to get Xfinity. No freaking way. Grrr! I don’t want LG channels! Before I bought, I checked for best 44” TV. Sadly, LG was rated better than Samsung. Man, am I ever stung with buyer’s remorse!

We bought an LG refrigerator against the advice of my wife's Father, who is a repair man, who told us that their compressors were not good and we would have issues with the repair. But they had a 10-year warranty and a good price, so we bought it. Fast forward 5 years, and Our compressor went out, and it has been awful trying to get our warranty repair. We called on a Saturday, and the phone representative confirmed via some test he asked me to do that it was the compressor. We were told they would be there in 3-4 days and fix it at no cost. They give you an all-day window, so my wife took off work, and at about 2 pm, when they hadn't shown up, I told her to text the technician. The technician didn't even have us on his schedule, and the parts hadn't been ordered. He said all he could do was confirm the diagnosis, which he did by asking my wife one question, and then he said he would order the part. After my wife got off the phone, she called LG to inform them of the issue we were having, and the rep said she would document and help make this right and call her personally the next day. No call. My wife communicated with the tech to see when he was coming. First, he said Monday, then a day later, he said we would have the first appointment on Tuesday. I took off Tuesday morning, and he never came and did not communicate. We're still waiting for it to be fixed. The fridge worked great until it didn't, and customer service and their warranty response are not worth it.

LG is garbage- Im a contractor Do noy buy- They dont honor warantee Want to replace part for more than cost of new machine-THAT IS UNDER WARANTEE Stay away

bought all lg was getting ready to buy sister in law all new appliance but will not buy lg less than a year microwave went out now this is the second time the shelf in freezer broke and shattered then to get drawer out you have to break it the need to redo some things we paid good money for all of the appliance fridge is double door extra lg compacity should never have to replace parts 2times in less than a year loaf of frozen bread fell on it lol

LG customer service is terrible. They do everything they can to avoid having to complete a warranty claim. My dryer has been stopping during every cycle I run with a vent issue error code (d95). I have cleaned all vents inside the machine as well as the vent running to the outside of the house. There were no blockages. LG refused to send a technician until I pay for a third party vent cleaning company to inspect and report that there are no venting issues. I have to pay for the vent cleaning company myself. Their warranty service is a joke.

I purchased an LG dishwasher through a military partnership program, expecting high-quality service. Instead, the entire process has been a disaster: LG’s chosen delivery company, RXO, failed to deliver on the scheduled date. I later learned the driver didn’t show up for work and had the dishwasher in their personal possession. When RXO finally contacted me, they said the item was damaged and pressured me to decline delivery, even though I hadn’t seen the damage. I reluctantly agreed, but the entire situation felt mishandled. LG’s customer service added to my frustration. I called multiple times, only to be transferred repeatedly, given unhelpful answers, and told I didn’t qualify for any resolution because I rejected the damaged item. When I asked to speak with an American representative, I was told none were available. After significant effort, I finally reached someone who understood my concerns—but no meaningful help was offered. Now, weeks later, I’m still waiting for a dishwasher, and my confidence in LG’s ability to resolve this has plummeted. For a company that partners with military members, I expected better treatment and professionalism. Had I known this process would be such a nightmare, I would have gone to Home Depot or Lowe’s, where I could have received the same military discount without this ordeal.

I purchased a tv on 11.28.2024 included was the free installation and delivery. They told me it would be delivered on Dec 5, I set up the installer to find out RXO doesnot have capacity to deliver on time. 6 hours on the phone with LG and RXO transport to find out that they will not deliver my tv. First off LG provide false expectations, secondly they do not honor their commitment to the customer. Finally they hire from Angie's list to install the TV with out informing that there is no charge to the customer. As far as the Transport company goes. It must be a mom and pop shop. In short buy your products from a local store, for they are the worst experience as a buyer.

LG is a terrible company that does not stand behind their products. I bought a new LG dishwasher that arrived with a stripped leveling screw. When I called to try and resolve it, they called it a cosmetic issue that wasn't covered under warranty. When I asked how something like an unlevel dishwasher that could cause serious issues could be considered cosmetic I received no response. LG does not care about their customers. Resolving this issue would have been as simple as shipping a roughly $10 part and they still chose to not help me.

LG appliances are dangerous!!! Something inside our tv heated up so high it burnt a hole in the screen from the inside out. We had warranty that was still in place, we thought it would be a no brainer & they would apologise for giving us a dangerous product, in stead they got us constantly sending photos & having the same conversation with multiple different people. Only for the products team to say we must have impacted the tv, with absolutely no proof we asked them to send someone out to assess the tv & they referred us to another company but at our cost. I would not recommend LG they are just after your money & will do & say anything not to replace dangerous manufacturers malfunctions. We will never buy from LG again.

LG does not care about their customers. I requested to return an item and was told that I had to pay to have it returned (water filter, how much could that really cost them??). That is completely unacceptable. When I tried to find a "Customer Care Team" representative I was rerouted to tech support and then routed back to their automated system. This is especially irksome given the following: SEOUL, Oct. 24, 2024 — LG Electronics Inc. (LG) today announced its third-quarter 2024 consolidated revenue of KRW 22.18 trillion and an operating profit of KRW 751.9 billion. This revenue marks the highest ever for a third quarter, while the operating profit ranks as the fourth highest in the company’s history. Do yourself a favor and never purchase from this company.

Broken freezer latch under warranty but cannot get LG to fix it. After several months contacting LG support (not sure which country they’re in but they’re English is horrible) each time I called, there’s no record of me calling or any repair order. They also have given me wrong information stating my repair is not covered under the warranty, then it is covered, then it’s not, oh it is. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Just decided to pay a local repairman to fix it myself. I WON’T be buying anymore appliances or electronics from LG ever again.

ESTAFADORES, Frigorifico comprado en mediamarkt el cual me venden con un defecto de fabrics. Una de las piezas interiores no corresponde a ese electrodomestico. Y la solucion que me dan despues de eludirme es arreglar la chapuza. Cuando deberian de proporcionarme un electrodomestico Nuevo. Para Que sepan el numero de cliente 900399391. I bought an LG stove and it kept turning on by itself. I contacted LG and they had to replace the mother-board. There support team was not too reliable, I had to wait a while to get it fixed. Will never buy an LG produce again.

Happy Thanksgiving! Thankful that Jeffers McGill stood behind the product you manufacture even though LG would not. Too bad their actions don't don't reflect LG's service to the customer. "Doing what's Right"! I think that will make the first excellent LG review! The short story, Linear Inverter Compressor(10year warranty) quit working while we were on vacation, 2 years from date of purchase. LG replaced the compressor. 11 months later the compressor quit again. After months without a refrigerator and many, many calls to LG, LG said they would not replace compressor again. We contacted who we bought it from and they replaced our refrigerator (with same model) even though LG would not stand behind their warranty. Thankful that their are people that will do the Right Thing still around. I would hope that LG would reimburse them but I doubt it. Lg's recording when i called said "please hold we see you have called many times so well direct you to a live agent)

Do not buy direct from LG. Price is good but once your card goes thru good luck. At purchase you pick the date …but that’s not real. LG will send it to the Delivery people whenever they are ready or when they find it. They don’t know and can’t tell you. Delivery people will tell you after they get it from LG. Then as in my case , if there’s a problem look out- nobody can help you. They all want to start a chat - then say “ so sorry “ can’t help you. Just deal with Best Buy / Pacific Sales. If I weren’t so upset I’d have to laugh. The service is a joke - there is no service once they have the money.

Purchased an LG wash/Dry combo at Lowe’s on April 22, 2024 for my new home (at a cost of $2,198.00) The machine was fantastic for a couple months, then all of the sudden started leaking from the front, and completely stopped drying. We had communicated several times with LG regarding the resolution. They at first had us go through the basic resolution process-which has all been completed to no avail. After all that they sent out a technician who was very nice but spoke no English. He checked the machine and told us word for word “there is nothing wrong with the machine it’s just a horrible machine” After the technician we tried calling LG for a solution and either got pushed away on the phone, treated less than or not taken seriously. At this point in time (November 2024) the machine has destroyed clothes by making them smell horribly. It still constantly leaks out the front as-well. Spoke to LG today and they are sending another technician out to, more than likely tell me the same thing, and make me take time off of work. I really got fed up and need a wash/dryer that actually works and I normally really like LGs products so I purchased an ordinary wash/dryer yesterday (11/20/24) to be delivered on Friday 11/22. All I want is an even trade, I would like to be reimbursed for the original wash/dryer or for the new systems I had to buy. This machine is defective stay away from it at all costs!!!!! Funny story to do a load of clothes it took me 2 FULL days…..And was still not dry at all. My actual ceiling fans in my house dry things quicker than this machine. Photos for order info and electricity wasted/dry loads.

I bought an LG 65UT75 and it is a pretty good tv, but the remote is bad. All that needs to be done is use bright white paint on the remote key symbols. It is hard to read,. and the remote is a little small for my hand.
