I texted with Marilyn Vicente this evening, July 28. She pointed out that LG did not have my microwave registered. I said the reason for that is the warranty questionnaire did not ask for the serial number. She started a file regarding my complaint and assigned a ticket number and a referral number to a local repair company. She was very patient when the photo could not be sent from my iPad to the text message app. We used email and the photo went through to the LG customer support email address. Again, Marilyn was very patient and courteous.

To LG Thank you... Thank you... Thank you... I cannot thank LG ENOUGH AND A SPECIAL THANK YOU TO OLIVIA FOR ASSISTING AND TAKING CARE Of ME WITH MY COMPLAINT..... At first I was also shunt around, I spoke to numerous agents for weeks but had no luck eventually when I gave up and also told myself I'm done with LG.... Then received a phone call that my complaint will be sorted and following Olivia's instructions I am now a VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER..... Thank you LG for not letting me down... I will stick with you going forward...

My salesperson Michael, noted my age and took his time to explain the benefits of a tankless water heater. I was interested in these since travelling to Europe and noticing this was the norm there. Michael provided valuable information, so that I could see the best option was to go ahead and purchase a Tankless Water Heater. I was promised that LG would return my existing gas fired water heater rental back to Reliance, at no extra cost, installation was promised the next day, and am happy to report that using this tankless water heater provided more space, saves. 35% on gas costs, & generally very happy with this modern way.

We purchased a stainless kitchen suite and couldn't be happier with LG. Dishwasher is super quiet. Fridge and freezer are great. Quiet ice maker makes plenty of ice. Oven has air fry, bake and convection. Stove top has turbo burner. Microwave is easy to program and has a light and built in vent. Thank you for making a great product.

TV is working great. Why wouldn't you give the customers the right remote control. The magic controller. I got the tv home set out up as far as I could go. So now I have to buy your magic remote controller. My husband loves the picture so no returning lt. I will buy roku and put it on the tv. I'm sure your company makes enough money to cover the costs of the controller. Please start putting the right controller in for the families so when they get home they can set the tv up the right way the first time. I was very disappointed. All I needed was the mic and google button but that's on the magic remote that doesn't come with the tv.

Service and/or warranty service is absolutely horrible. If I had been diligent and read customer reviews, I would have NOT purchased an LG.

Icemaker in my 5 month old LG refrigerator started leaking leaving the ice stuck together in a block. Tried to request a repair online and it was a loop from sign in to another screen telling me I had to aggregate all my accounts even though I only have 1 account. Went into chat with an agent with a foreign name. Tried 3 times to tell him my icemaker is leaking and 3 times he ce back with something totally unrelated- frost on my unit, ice maker upside down, some other nonsense. I gave up. Utterly unacceptable. Will never buy LG again.

Amazing service, very quick in answering calls/emails. A simple thing with my LG speaker not working properly which I put off for months. I sent them an email on the Saturday they sent me an email on a Sunday with ways to fix it all sorted and fixed. Very happy will definitely stick with LG.
