Why is my refund taking so long.i keep emailing them and getting different people replying and getting different replies about this .it's been going on since I returned TV in Feb 2024 .I accepted the settlement said it will take 28 it's over 28 days

LG's produuscts are crap, I will adivice to stay away from it. The customer service is even worse. i bought a range from LG and from the very first day the glass top started haiving marks and LG is telling its because i used the wrong pot for the wrong burner but it is only happening on one burner. Stay away from LG
