"Customer service through LG is a freaking joke. I contacted them and made a repair request because my air conditioner plug melted. The next day I checked on my repair request to find it was canceled. Contacted Customer service again, they said they couldn't find out why it was canceled, but I should be eligible for a refund that they would look into it and text me. Next day I got ahold of them again, they said a new repair request was put in and they had personally contacted the repair guy to see what was going in. Next day I contacted the repair guy they gave me the number for and he had no idea about my repair and had not heard from lg. Worst customer service ever."

"Do not buy an LG washer unless you want your cloth to come out dirtier. I bought an LG washer on June 2021 and my white come full of stains. i do the recommended wash for the washer every month and still my white come out dirtier."
