Thank you... Thank you... Thank you... I cannot thank LG ENOUGH AND A SPECIAL THANK YOU TO OLIVIA FOR ASSISTING AND TAKING CARE Of ME WITH MY COMPLAINT.....
At first I was also shunt around, I spoke to numerous agents for weeks but had no luck eventually when I gave up and also told myself I'm done with LG.... Then received a phone call that my complaint will be sorted and following Olivia's instructions I am now a VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER.....
