Bought a brand new UltraGear gaming monitor 49in. Attempted a swap three weeks after purchase for bubbles on the screen surface . These people ran me around for an entire week and still never addressed my issue. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. No return phone calls, no accountability, no redress to any concerns . DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS. I’m telling you. Spend a few extra dollars if need be to buy a different manufacturer.

When it's come to service they hire JIHADI for product service. They come to your doorstep and use abusing language. Not good service and support. Asking for brand new table for AC service. I advise do not choose LG. It was best in privious. But now LG is worst and 0% trust worthy. I also have some vidios and photos where they denied to give free service Also have call recording. I advise people to do not use LG product. Not trust worthy now.

Bought $2000 refrigerator freezer with 2 freezer drawers on bottom. Freezer is freezing up. Told me i would have to pay for service call to fix. Its less than a month old

I am absolutely livid at the sheer incompetence displayed by the LG. Their delivery guys arrived ill-prepared with a gas stove hookup instead of the necessary gas dryer hookup. Despite our offer to procure the correct hookup to facilitate the completion of their job, LG has the audacity to refuse reimbursement. This level of unprofessionalism is utterly unacceptable and has left us deeply frustrated. We demand prompt resolution and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused by their negligence. #2007847475

Worst customer service ever! Was thinking I was calling a spam/scam company. Scheduled an appointment with a technician. Somehow they got me same day service, thought that was weird but hey great I’ll take it. Tech appt email said 9-12. Nobody showed up so I called, said oh 1-4. 5pm rolls around no tech…I call the number again and guy just says “yeah this isn’t going to happen, the techs not there not happening” I’m all okay did the time switch, rep keeps saying “look it’s not happening” Super weird. First tech their roster was crowing so loud I could barely hear her. Second tech sounded like he was talking on a walkie talkie duck taped together. All very weird.

Knowing selling damaged and non working washing machines as new is fraud. LG customer service acknowledged and confirmed that they sell products that are defective incurring additional costs to the consumer. Delaying repairs and not providing the return code for customers to get a working product is poor. Class action law suit should be initiated.

How are going expect the customer to do repairs on their refrigerator doors, when it’s under warranty. This is what they send to make the repairs myself! Hi, this is LG. Please follow the steps and links below to resolve your uneven doors: 1) FIRST and most important make sure the unit is level with the leveling feet touching the floor. Use the link below to assist you with proper leveling: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=83_o2L2Efng https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xt8i3y8XbRQ 2) NEXT make sure the rubber door seals are not catching on the back part of the door when you close it. If they are you can apply food-grade silicone grease to the parts of the door seal that are catching. You can find this at just about any local hardware store. Be sure not to use anything that contains petroleum as it will harm the door seal 3) LAST make sure there is nothing inside the fridge or in the doors hanging over any shelves that may be causing them not to close completely Just horrible product and services! So not buy!

Worst customer service ever. Actually no customer service. Spent $1800 on a TV, 1.5 yrs old and picture already having issues. A part not included in box, called 3x, never sent me the part.

How can I give zero stars? Customer service is a joke - I ordered a stacking kit for washer dryer in NOVEMBER of 2023- when delivered it was missing of of the 3 sides so I called the next day. I sent a picture of the box with a hole in the end where the missing piece must have fallen out. They told me they would investigate and file a claim with fedex ad to call back in about 3 days for an update. So i did only to have to start all over explaining what happened. They told they would investigate and get it taken care of... and to call back in 3 or 4 days. In the mean time they also have a text / email line that you can contact which i had done and they asked me to send a picture of the box. So I follow up a week or so later thinking they would have my replacement part already on the way.... to the contrary, I had to start the explanation all over from the beginning. Same thing, call back in 3 or 4 days. I've been doing that since DECEMBER when I received part of my order. I've called, I've emailed, I've texted - every time same answer. We'll take care of it - call back in a few days. Only now the answer is "the order is closed so we can't refund it". WHAT?! And now they emailed me and said"a claim could not be filed as FedEx has no reports of to the parcel you receive. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and we thank you for your patience and understanding." For the record I've lost my patience and I don't understand - why the heck didn't the 1- file a claim immediately and 2- refund or replace my order? I am so fed up I'm about to also return my new LG washer and dryer.

This has to be the worst company an experience i have had,how are lg still in business selling refrigerator.over a month living out a small desktop refrigerator. There repairmen came out twice an still not working,was told that I qualify for a replacement had to go back to lowes get proof of purchase witch I did still no refrigerator no call back.

I happen to be a homebuilder and buy lots of appliances, so I have lots of appliance experience. All the 1 star reviews you read here and elsewhere are absolutely true. LG has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I will never buy aother LG product until the end of time.

Two hours of the run around, filling in the forms, being referred to another page, automated answers that are inappropriate, capped off by an impatient agent, who didn’t bother to look at the model number I had submitted.

Don't purchase LQ refrigerators. We've had ours for 5 years and in that time have had the water dispenser turn on during the night flooding our kitchen. It stopped cooling in the freezer. Then stopped cooling the fridge. We've gone back to our garage fridge which is 20 years old. LG IS GARBAGE

Terrible customer service. Bought a $3,000 fridge a couple of months ago. Freezer top drawer not opening. Called customer service, waited one hour to talk to a live person. Was told « no representative available, will call you within 24 hours ». Unbelievable . Impossible to talk to customer service for support. Don’t buy LG

Our icemaker went out after 2 years - It worked but you had to Shove it back when you heard a god awful ratcheting noise. Husband wasn't amused and we let it do that for over a year. It just cost me $400 to replace icemaker. Next time GE or Hotpoint. No More LG - Not in a frig, a tv or whatever fricking else they make.

Purchased a 75inch UHD smart TV ( not cheap) and after 2 years of moderate use it had a blue hue to the picture. As time (3 months) went by it got worse. Did my research and found that LG used defective LED strips from a company called Vestel and it is a common complaint from thousands of LG TV owners. Contacted LG customer service ( A real joke there) and they refused to do anything about it even after acknowledging that the LED strips were indeed defective!!! I asked them as a customer service option, make on offer at a reasonable price to replace the TV and they refused. This is NOT A COMPANY YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH. Horrible.

Customer service is awful. They tell you it’s not covered under warranty even though it is. They will tell you anything so they don’t have to fix what’s wrong. I love the refrigerator but I’ll never buy one again because of customer service!

Bought the dehumidifier MD19GQGA1, great product but 2 years after, it stopped working. Sent for repair and was told I need to pay $40/- for assessment regardless of whether I proceed with part replacement after (fair enough). After that I was told I need to replace the Compressor which has a 10 year warranty so replacement is free BUT labour charge is $250/- on top of the $40/-. I had my LG washing machine repaired after warranty expire and even with replacement of parts does not come close to $250/-. The way I see this, we are paying for the compressor on the pretext of Labour charge. The service centre explained labour charge is different for different appliance. The dehumidifier cost 699/-. The repair cost came to almost half of the cost ($290/-)if I buy brand new. Consumer needs to know before they buy, as this labour cost is beyond any standard repair cost for appliances. I don’t have issue with the staffs at the customer service centre but it is the way LG conduct the business.

Bought a full set of lg appliances 6 years ago. Microwave is supposed to be 1200 watts but takes forever to heat things. Frame cracked and the fan sounds like a jet engine and blows no air. Fridge is ok. Ice maker jams regularly. Dishwasher will not drain properly and sounds terrible. The supports on the bottom rack are flimsy and won’t stay up to support dishes. Oven is (was) the worst. Propane stove but if you use the full self clean it gets so hot it fries the oven igniter. Replaced one during warranty and then happened again. Researched it and apparently lg knows this. What nonsense. Oven temps are not accurate. I finally ditched when the igniter died a third time. Bought a Frigidaire professional propane stove. Have had it about two months and it is excellent. Much better quality in fit and finish. When the dishwasher dies I’ve sourced out a Frigidaire professional dishwasher. I’m done with lg for good.

LG has no authorized repair people in Colorado Springs. A region with nearly a million people in it. Their online service will ask you to call people 60+ miles away who refuse to drive to the Springs to work on anything. And those techs will sigh and complain that LG refuses to take their number off the site, so desperate people in the Springs will at least stop calling. ... Just... don't buy LG. They couldn't care less about support. As a bonus if LG is reading this. Your website has a major bug. If you search for local repair online, the first result (regardless of the zipcode you are searching) will ALWAYS be 201 Record Rd. ... So you've got corrupted data or you're writing over the first result with the same road/address nationwide. ... Can you at least fake that you care?
