I love my 86" tv I have two but I have to say the remote is the worst I have ever used and have been in the buiness for 30 years. It is virtually unusable for elderly or disabled...really disappointed every time I use it...bi miss!!

Unless you enjoy high pitched noises do not buy a refrigerator with an R600 compressor which I am informed by the LG repairman “is normal”.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received for my LG dehumidifier. After only a few times use, the unit stopped. Troubleshooting the issue using the manual didn’t work, forcing me to contact the service center. It took five days for a technician to arrive. The trouble was a faulty CPU, but finding a replacement part took an another week, with no confirmed repair date. During this period, humidity levels reached high between 80-95%. To speedy up the issue, I requested a replacement dehumidifier. However, my request was denied, kept repeating company policy. The manager, Mr. Thomas Chiu, wasn’t helpful and simply reiterated the same policy statements. Despite daily phone calls to inquire about a replacement or a confirmed repair date, my requests were denied. Even though the dehumidifier was under warranty, I was charged a HK$150 transportation fee. In comparison, Siemens didn’t charge the transportation fees for a warranty repair I had at the same time. And the technician was also arrived much later than appointed time. This experience has been incredibly frustrating. The LG service center showed a lack of understanding of customer’s needs, operated with limited resources, and demanded payment despite the warranty coverage. They offered no alternative solutions for a malfunctioning unit that was clearly not the result of user error. The entire experience has been a significant inconvenience, and it led me to regret purchasing an LG product.

If I could give zero stars I would. After purchasing 6 appliances for my new home, after less than one year I am having trouble with my high end gas oven. Trying to deal with their customer service process is the most unprofessional and unhelpful I have ever dealt with. Now having to pay for a repair company to come and determine what is wrong with the oven. I cannot believe how their service has deteriorated. Very disappointed and extremely unsatisfied.

I am so disappointed to learn that the over the range microwave that I purchased in 2022 did not last even 3 years! The LG brand is so disappointing. To anyone who plans to buy LG, you may want to reconsider. The price of the total package for the microwave, range and dishwasher was not cheap and now I am looking at having to purchase another microwave, which will not be LG!!

I'm disappointed with the service experience provided by L.G Customer Care. Despite multiple calls since this morning, I have not received any proper response or resolution. The representatives repeatedly placed my calls on hold without reconnecting or addressing the issue. On several occasions, my calls were received but left unanswered. What added to the frustration was having to explain the same issue—lack of cooling—repeatedly to 5 to 6 different customer service agents, with no continuity or follow-up. This entire experience has been extremely stressful and unprofessional, and I sincerely hope L.G takes immediate steps to improve their customer support process.

We bought a 4 pack appliance set from Home Depot 3 years ago!! We replaced the microwave within a year and the dishwasher within two years! We are currently dealing with our LG Refrigerator! The cooling compressor blew within 3 years of purchase! Good NEWS, there is a warranty! Sure… if you don’t need your fridge for the next couple months. We are currently at 1 week without a fridge and still haven’t even scheduled a repair. Not bad except what do you do in the meantime!? Wednesday I was promised I would get a repair person by Friday, except I didn’t! I called again and they sent me to a new department that will call within 48 BUSINESS hours, so by next Wednesday. That is just to get a repair guy. If they need to order parts (2 more weeks) and then schedule again. This is ridiculous!!! What is a person supposed to do in the meantime???

I would give 0 stars if possible. I have been trying to get reimbursement for compressor & labor since January. Everyone I have spoken with a customer service rep they only can forward to someone else. I have sent the invoice to them several times and have been told it takes 5 days and someone will call me. And NOTHING is ever handled. My next step is reporting LG to the Better Business Bureau. I don't recommend LG appliances. Bother mother boards went out on double oven within 2 years. Compressor on fridge went out within 3 years and customer service is about a 1 star.

Bought my kitchen set stove fridge washer and microwave after 1 year craft ice stopped working. Microwave plastic that holds handle broke apart bottom part of door plastic falling apart door sealing surface now showing cracks. This has got to be manufacturing error or poor materials. This kitchen set is the most expensive set in have ever bought and it's been falling apart after 1st year

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with LG’s customer service has been so frustrating that I feel compelled to share. I had an issue with a TV that was advertised as it come with free wall mount a nd free handyman installation, received the Tv and the wall mount but was denied the installation. and getting support has been a nightmare. Long wait times, being transferred between departments, and vague or unhelpful answers were the norm. Even after multiple calls and text messaging sent them a copy of my receipt prove of free installation, I still don’t have a resolution. What’s worse is that there seems to be a lack of accountability. Each representative says something different, and no one seems to follow up or take ownership of the issue. For a company of LG’s size, I expected a lot more professionalism and care. This experience has made me seriously reconsider ever buying another LG product again.

Customers should steer clear of the LG store and especially the LG Partner store. The prices on the Partner store are very competitive, and I understand the temptation, but there is no guarantee that you will receive your product on time, or worse (like in my case) not receive anything at all. You see, the delivery date you select during checkout is not real. Seriously, that date means nothing to LG and should therefore mean nothing to you. If you do receive your products, it will be weeks late and I suspect this is due to LG possibly deprioritizing largely discounted products sold through the partner store and factoring in other things like the distance from LG's distribution facility. LG also contracts out to a company called "RXO - Last Mile Delivery" who handles the local delivery side of the equation. So already there are too many cooks in the kitchen, which shouldn't be a problem for a large company as LG, but when something inevitably does go wrong, it leaves YOU as the customer in a difficult position be RXO can blame LG for whatever delay/problem you encounter, and LG can do the same to RXO. This is the situation that I and many, many others have encountered. Look this problem up on Reddit on then determine for yourself if this in the storefront you want to use. I would advise you to shop elsewhere: Best Buy or other big box stores. Lastly, the LG customer support team is frankly terrible. It takes for ever to get to a person and when you do reach someone, they will either straight up lie to you about the status of the order or misdirect you somewhere else who will then tell you to return to LG. For instance, I have managed to speak directly to the local RXO team in my area who has confirmed multiple times that they haven't received anything from LG, despite LG insisting that the product is there and that I should be patient and wait 24-48 hours to be reached out for scheduling. Weeks will go by and LG customer support will tell you the same thing. All this to say: In my opinion, AVOID purchasing your products from LG directly or from the Partner store.

I am ready to trash the LG Washer-Dryer Combo. It takes HOURS to do a load of laundry. The dryer never seems to get very warm/hot. It takes hours to dry a load of towels! I never had that problem with my old dryer. Hours!!!! The first unit was replaced because of a potential problem. However, the second unit is no better than the first. We have had two technicians come out. Nothing got better. The Combo is a very poor unit. And it's my fault for not thinking, when I purchased the unit, that I could not do a wash load while the dryer was running. What a waste of time and money. Last week I had lint all over my dark load of clothes; the inside of the door seal, on the side, was full of lint! I am diligent about cleaning the lint screen. And there's moisture on the lint screen and the slot where the lint screen goes. Is that right? Doesn't make sense to me! And a lot of lint gets stock in the back slot of the screen, and it's very difficult to remove if at all. And it takes a bit of learning to put the lint screen back after cleaning -- it has to be done exactly right. And one of the little tabs to insert the lint screen after cleaning broke off right away. Do not purchase the LG Washer-Drier Combo!

LG makes great products but their consumer service and warranty department are horrible. I called about an error code I'm getting on my washer/ drier over a month ago when the unit was still within warranty. They told me they needed to see a photo of the error message which i didn't take the first time. The guy told me 100% they would document my call and if I had the issue again, even if the warranty had expired by then, they would honor it based on the first call. The other day I had the same error message, this time I took a photo. However my warranty just expired about a week ago and now they don't wanna cover it! The worst part is the woman "Kathy" lied to me and said the number I called 800 243 0000 was only for out of warranty repairs. She gave me two other numbers which just went to a voicemail which said to call the first number I mentioned for warranty claims! I wasted two hours of my time going in circles with their automated system, and I specifically told her- don't send me on a fishing expedition, because i could sense she was lying. It's clear they just didn't wanna cover the repair. I also had a similar issue with an 85in TV I bought from them. This is no way to treat loyal customers. I would think twice before buying another one of their products.

Worst purchasing experience of my life. They will delay your shipment 100 times and then gaslight you. I have been without a washer for 3 weeks. It was supposed to arrive 2 and a half weeks ago. Worst customer service ever also. I’ll never purchase LG again. How they are even a company with this kind of service absolutely amazes me.

Bought a fridge from them 7 years ago. Compressor failed - ok, great, 10 year warranty. Nope. I still have to pay for labor. They wanted to charge me almost 500$ to repair THEIR defective part, while my family is out of a fridge AND 500-600 worth of spoiled food over the holidays. Never ever will purchase their product again. Lousy customer support with their canned answers. I requested to escalate this to a supervisor - nope. There ARE other options than LG out there. I'm going to take them.

I’d like to give LG a zero! New washer installed. Discovered a few weeks later I could not get a warm wash. LG sends out a technician who had zero clue. He left saying that’s just the way the washer works and questioned how I did my laundry. LG set up an application with another technician. For two weeks I got constant reminders about said appointment. The DAY of the appointment they canceled. You will never talk to a real person. It’s all AI. Do not by LG.
