My last dryer purchased from LG is a huge disappointment. The dry continues to say D90 error. They send technical to fix the dryer and it continues be saying the same thing and never drys clothes. I call technical by myself multiple times and keep spending money to fix it but it still the same problem. Please do not buy their products again.

If I could give zero stars I would. By far the worst experience I have ever had with a company. They changed the delivery date of my items without notifying me. I called and canceled the order(that was a nightmare in itself) and had to use a different vendor. Now, I’m still waiting on my refund, because the delivery company that I didn’t choose and that did not deliver anything, still has the items. So, I have thousands of dollars in limbo and no control over it. I don’t even have contact info for the delivery company to inquire about, because I didn’t select them and LG can’t share the information. I guess my next step will be an atty. this is by far the worst company and I will never purchase their products again.

Broken 3 year old American fridge freezer - LG refuse to repair I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience over the past three weeks trying to get my three-year-old £1,300 American-style LG fridge freezer repaired. When I first contacted the company, they were quick to inform me that the appliance was out of warranty and took a £215 payment for a repair engineer to attend and resolve the issue. After waiting a week with no update, I had to chase them to book an appointment. I was then referred to their contractor, Pacifica, who scheduled a repair visit. However, when the engineer arrived, they stated the issue was not something they could fix and left without carrying out any repairs. Since then, I’ve contacted LG support three times, and each time I’ve been told the matter has been escalated and I should expect a response within three working days. I’ve waited each time, but no one has followed up. Living without a fridge freezer for three weeks has been a major disruption. I’ve had to shop daily for fresh food, and today, out of sheer frustration, I requested a refund so I could seek help from an independent repair specialist. LG has refused to issue a refund, so I’ve now escalated the matter with my bank. After searching online, it appears this is not an isolated incident. LG seems to have a poor track record when it comes to aftersales service and appliance repairs. Not great products and Even Worse Aftersale care - Steer well clear

Oven quality is awful. Does not work correctly. LG does not stand by warrant. Horrific customer service. Outsource for repairs and techs not experienced.

We purchased a high-end stove and towards the end of one year of using the stove the largest element stop working. We reached out to customer support and they sent a technician who was least interested in his job and replaced the element and left. This did not resolve the issue. Customer service escalated our issue to the case manager customer, value innovation. The case manager was rude and was not professional in his conduct. He yelled at us and talked over us in a demeaning tone. He implied on multiple locations that we along with other customers lie to get a new stove. Upon his instruction, we sent him multiple pictures and videos to prove our point however our issue was never resolved. We are never going to purchase from LG Canada again not just because of the quality of the product we received, but because of the horrible customer service we encountered from the case manager.

No services.... terrible after sales I baught an oled tv for Euro1800 fter 3 years the starting system stop to work. No one speak english. A tehnician it is supposing to come to my place but no one come. I paid an extra Euro 230

I ordered a washing machine from LG on 1st November, and the whole process has been a complete disaster. The first delivery team refused to take my old machine because it “wasn’t dry enough,” even though it was fully disconnected and ready to go. They left without doing anything. A second team came days later, only to tell me they couldn’t install the new one because I apparently needed two extended hoses — one for the waste pipe and one for the water feed. Then they told me I had to contact LG myself to get the parts and only after that call them again to rearrange the installation. So far, LG has failed twice to deliver and install what I paid for. The communication is awful, the delivery teams come unprepared, and no one takes responsibility. If customers are expected to chase parts and coordinate the installers themselves, LG should clearly state in bold on their website that you’re paying to do their job for them. After all this time, I’m left with no working washing machine and a mountain of laundry waiting. Absolutely unacceptable service from a company that dares to call itself “Life’s Good.”

My washing machine stopped working after 9 months. Took 2 weeks to get a technician out, then another 2 weeks to get parts and they were the wrong parts that LET'S own service center advised. I MIGHT have a washer again in another 2 weeks. LG is a clown show. I'd advise buying another brand.

Zero stars and I would not recommend buying a lg product whatsoever.We bought a microwave 10 months ago three months having the microwave, we had a warranty repair done to it.Now, ten months later, we have another problem with the microwave and lg refuses to do anything about it.Saying our warranty is out on a one year warranty.Would not recommend buying any other products

I would give negative if possible. 10+hours on the phone to be continuously transferred. I was told by LG that since the $1500 dryer was only out of warranty by a couple of weeks that they were going to cover the repair. Then they asked us to have someone come out and check the gas lines in order to cover it. So we paid $300+ to have someone come tell us it's the dryer. Now they are telling me since it's out of warranty they aren't going to cover it. Junk company, junk products, HORRIBLE customer service people, rude, ask a question then interrupt you and don't let you answer, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. The dryer had had issues since it was bought, they do not stand by their products, or their word. $1500 bucks for a trash dryer.

£550 washing machine lasted 3.5 years. It then had a catastrophic failure when the front counterweight broke into pieces and destroyed the drum. LG agreed this was a manufacturing fault - and clearly this is a design fault. LG have said that because I removed the front of the washing machine, the warranty was no longer valid. This machine is not fit for purpose, meaning the fact the warranty is not valid doesn't matter. When I spoke to several repair places, they have all said LG machines are notoriously bad. Please do not buy an LG appliance. Their customer service is dealt with at an offshore call centre where they are unable to go off script and actually help you - and will just refer to legal terms with no empathy. I'll never be buying LG appliances and will be making sure I spread the word.

I've had technicians to my house at least five times trying to repair my refrigerator they put in multiple ice makers three four months after I bought it they had to put in a new compressor which is the heart of the refrigerator then the craft ice maker didn't go out once but three times then they send me a brand new circuit board to install and then they sent me the wrong circuit board in my refrigerator quit. And then less than a month ago for the fifth time it went bad they sent the technician out and they had to replace not only the compressor but all the internal evaporator coils. And they assured me that if it was a major repair they would give me the refrigerator and guess what after five phone calls and six text messages and 15 pictures they're still stalling. If I could give them a zero I would. I would never ever in my remaining years recommend LG to anyone. Ronald m Rose USMC retired

Dear LG Team, * Product: LG 55-inch LED TV & Soundbar * Payment: Full cash paid I recently purchased an LG 55-inch LED TV and a soundbar during the Diwali offer period, paying the full amount in cash three days ago. However, the installation has still not been completed. This morning around 8 AM, I received a call from (9840928603) one of your representatives to confirm my availability. I clearly informed him to schedule the installation for 4 PM, as both my wife and I are working professionals. He confirmed that the technician would visit by that time. Later, I was given another contact number (784532863), and the person informed me that the technician would reach before 7 PM. Unfortunately, I have been continuously trying to contact both numbers, but there has been no response despite making more than 10 calls. Due to this false commitment. Took permission from my office today to be home by 4 PM. I have my office work responsibilities and lost valuable time because of this. I’m really disappointed that your team gave a wrong commitment. This experience has been extremely disappointing and reflects very poor customer service from LG. I trusted the brand for its quality and professionalism, but this situation has left me dissatisfied. After 6 PM, no one responded to my calls. Your team did not provide any proper reason or even inform me about postponing the installation. The LG Chennai service experience has been completely disappointing — totally zero in customer support. LG’s management may trust their employees, but due to improper work and lack of responsibility, you are losing loyal customers. Please don’t waste your customers’ time or make false commitments to anyone in the future.

We bought the whole kitchen suite and every appliance has been serviced for failure of operations 3X including replacement of the over Stove Microwave!! LG is NOT the Best outcome there! We still have a Maytag Fridge from 2005 still running, and never needed servicing!!! NO MORE LG APPLIANCES...

Terrible experience with my LG refrigerator. It completely stopped working in under 3 years. Even though the compressor is still under warranty, LG ready to fix it but told me I had to pay for a replacement charge — almost the same cost as buying a new fridge! When I ask them there is 10 years warranty for compressor why u ask fir replacement charge, they say it's company policy and why they not mention before selling the product.. Fraud, cheat, scam. This feels like a complete scam. Their warranty is misleading, and customer service is unhelpful and evasive. I expected better from a brand like LG. Never buying LG again.Im having painful weeks without refrigerator in hot climate like uae,I am suffering with small children. Still didn't find the solution. LG not having direct repairing unit instead they are giving to dealers and local agents and they are rude in speaking, they take 200 dhs only for transport in advance and they ask 950 dhs now but the new refrigerator costs only 1400 dhs now. Im having all LG gadgets in my home. But now I hate the most and I not recommend any one to suffer this pain hereafter. Please be careful careful careful, don't buy their products.

Bought a washing machine that leaked and caused severe mould. Despite it being under warranty I had to pay for the repair. They don’t cover this issue because all the machines leak they said.

If I could put in zero stars I would. It has taken over a month and multiple "chats" online as well as phone calls with customer service to try to get someone out to repair our new refrigerator. They are ridiculous in how hard they try NOT to repair something. This is the worst company ever and I would never buy any of their products again

Our washer hasn’t worked in six weeks. It’s still under warranty and we are getting nothing but excuses from LG as to when repairs will be done. We will NEVER buy another LG product again!

Mr Gulshan Sheel must be held accountable. My refrigerator fault was never fixed even after 5 technician visits. Instead of owning up to an inherent defect, Mr Gulshan Sheel diverted the issue and pushed a fake depreciation offer to cover up LG’s failure. His letter ignored my repeated request to meet the MD and tried to quietly bury the case. Mr Gulshan Sheel has shown zero accountability and total disregard for customer trust. LG’s service has failed because of such people.

Bought new dishwasher in 2022. Worst purchase from Best Buy ever. Had Best Buy come out for a knocking noise, was never fixed and technician was unable to get information from LG as to the cause. Recently small off white pieces have been falling out, a ball bearing just a couple days ago and the slide for the middle drawer today. We've spent enough money on this dishwasher that we should just buy brand new. Never buying LG again.
