Worst company do not waste your money refrigerator in three years broke 3 times and worst costumer service. I spend $3000 for refrigerator and already broke 3 times.

I would strongly advise others to think carefully before purchasing an LG washing machine based on my experience. My machine has had constant faults since purchase,( March 2024) including severe noise and banging during the spin cycle and clothes coming out extremely wet even after a 1400 spin. Because of this, we often have to run the spin cycle 2–3 times, otherwise the clothes smell damp when drying. LG have sent out 3–4 different engineers. Each time they reported that nothing was wrong, despite the issues clearly continuing. One engineer even placed cardboard under the feet of the machine to try and “balance” it, which made absolutely no difference to the noise. During the latest visit, an engineer said the dashboard/control panel needed replacing. This contradicted previous engineers who insisted there were no faults. Another report stated that a pump had been supplied and fitted, which never actually happened. When I raised this with an LG manager, he repeatedly insisted the repair had been completed and logged by the engineer. The following day I received a message saying there had been a “system glitch” and that no pump had been installed after all. The control board was eventually replaced outside of the 7-day replacement period. LG then informed Currys that this was my fault because I had cancelled and rebooked an appointment, which is completely untrue. There has been a lot of back and forth between LG and Currys. Currys advised that they would have written the machine off, but LG refused. I have now been told there is nothing wrong with the machine and that they will not repair or replace anything — despite the faults still continuing. Overall, this has been an extremely frustrating experience with poor communication, contradictory engineer reports, and no resolution to an ongoing fault. Currys have now informed me that I have to wait for a letter for an external/ independent complaint process.

Would never, ever buy any LG products again in future. Especially a any kitchen appliance. Our refrigerator stopped working after 6 years! It was expensive and we had to use a cooler for weeks. We paid a one time high fee to have LG service come out who they send and were told it was “ unrepairable” They never let you talk to a higher up, they promised me store credit towards a new one but they never followed through! They lied every time I called, they said someone from the presidential team will call you. It has been weeks and NO calls from that team, no reply's. They continued to lie everyday I called, they never called me back or gave me any store credit! We had to go get another refrigerator and for sure would never ever buy any LG product ever again. Will also spread the word to all as well. You never would want to deal with that kind of company nor buy their junk products! The worst!

The customer service is so terrible that it’s not worth buying their products. They didn’t honor the warranty on my air purifier because it was purchased on Amazon, even though Amazon advertises the warranty. They said they’d sent me a replacement part and they sent it to the wrong address. Then they sent me the wrong part altogether. I worked with 5 different agents over 1 month, via telephone and live chat, and my issue is still not solved.

Such a pathetic team of nonsense people who visit you and the way they talk to you as if they are doing a favour by coming to your place, and they don’t even bother that you have bought something in lakhs and it is their duty to provide the service

Just came here to add to the pile. Do not buy LG appliances. This is from someone who owns a TV, refrigerator, dishwasher and oven all LG models and all defective. Not only that the customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. Absolute worst! Warranty, repair teams, hours on the phone for nothing to get resolved and spoke with extremely rude representatives at that. Save your money and buy another brand.

I called to get my refrigerator/freezer repaired after the compressor stopped working. Its under warranty, so they dispatched A-fix Appliance repair to service the repair. They've made 5 appointments with me so far and have only made 2 of them; the other 3, they stood me up. On the 2 that they made, they failed to fix the unit. I looked them up to leave a bad review but they're not registered with Google, nor are they BBB accredited, so I can't leave a review. I took time off of work, which I own my own company, meaning that I dont get paid. Ive also had to throw away the contents of my refrigerator 3 times due to spoilage, not to mention all the hassle of finding a family member to hold our freezer contents 3 times. I'm currently left without resolution and no viable refrigerator use which greatly impacts the living experience of myself, my wife, and 3 children. This is the worst service I've ever received and this is unacceptable.

I purchased my warranty on my LG side by side refrigerator. They came out one time to fix the problem(not freezing )now I have the same problem 6 months later, they say it's not covered under warranty. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE A LG APPLIANCE AGAIN!!! Their brand is garbage, and they don't stand behind their products!! I also brought their washing machine and it's garbage as well!

they use LX PANTOS for delivery,tey are the worst-they wanted me to pay 30 dollars to install a washing machine plus 30 dollars for hoses-when i refused they tppk my washers hoses with them- LG should make this right and do the install wih hoses ,,

Fridge went out under warranty and was down 2 months. Per there techs. Never got fixed. Charged me 438.00. Taken out of my account. Said they would refund me but have yet to do so. I had to buy a new fridge. But not LG. Never own one again. They're service is awful. The keep telling me they will call.

DO NOT BUY under any circumstance! The absolute WORST customer service ever! They do everything they can to avoid helping you. EVERYTHING! U can plan on spending days & hours at a time trying to receive customer service. We have 3 LG products. My problem is with a new microwave that their rep installed. It leaked excessive moisture on my cabinets above the microwave & is ruining my microwave. The installation has been checked & apparently is a problem w the microwave. We even bought the extended warranty. A total waste of money. They go out of their way not to help u or uphold their warranty. DO NOT BUY! If I could rate LG correctly if would be -10. No help. Nothing resolved

Promised installation of the new and takeaway of the old washer. Canceled delivery multiple times without notifying me. Delivered 2 weeks after first confirmed delivery. Two guys in a rental truck delivered with one wench incapable of doing the job. So no de-install, no install, no takeaway. They left the new machine. Customer service later said, while they did offer takeaway, the customer is responsible for uninstalling their own machine.

Do yourself a favour don’t buy an LG fridge they are made to break down after the extended warranty ends. Our fridge broke down two months after the extended warranty ended. It was deemed unrepairable after 4 visits from a certified LG technician. The compressor died and they couldn’t fix it even after changing every part of the fridge including the compressor. The compensation LG offered was the amount paid minus 10% depreciation for every year that we owned it. On a $2000 fridge they offered $1100. An equivalent fridge costs upwards of $2300 today without taking sales taxes into account. Once an LG fridge is out of warranty they no longer offer a replacement fridge. This is a scam. They don’t stand by their product. Same thing happened when we purchased our Samsung stove…can’t help but wonder if this is a pattern with Korean brands. I’ve always bought KitchenAid or Whirlpool appliances. Never had a problem with them. Unfortunately, during Covid they were impossible to get so tried these Korean brands instead because they had them all in stock, wonder why! Well you live and learn, I’m writing this review to help someone else not make the same mistake. These are big ticket items. Don’t waste your hard earned money on buying a brand that doesn’t stand by what they sell.

Terrible delivery/installation people who kept moving delivery day and times and then caused a flood in my laundry room without ever bringing the washer to apartment. Calling LG to help was absolutely useless. They don't care about their horrible delivery people and they do nothing to resolve the situation. In fact, they misrepresent the situation and assure you that all will be taken care of when they have done nothing to resolve. I spent over five hours on the phone trying to get situation resolved to no avail. I just cancelled the order because I couldn't see spending my life trying to resolve. It made me rethink buying any LG product because a company so unconcerned with customer satisfaction cannot be making good products.

My wife and I are disabled. We bought an LG refrigerator 2 months ago. 3 weeks ago it stopped working. We both require insulation that needs refrigeration. All we have been getting is the run around. A repair man has been here 5 times. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. This is how they treat handicapped people ? I thought the law states after 3 unsuccessful repairs that they must issue an RA #. I will never purchase an LG product again they are junk. Meanwhile every day I get up to the smell of burnt wires. All they can say is a supervisor will call you after 6 phone calls with no response.What ever happened to standing behind the product that you sell ? LG made 89 trillion dollars last year and can’t replace an $800 refrigerator. I will make sure that I spread the word to all the media and friends that I possibly can. LG is pitiful.

The delivery went smoothly, and I got the TV in the appropriate timeframe. However, I called shortly after delivery because I wanted to get it installed. I never was given the option of having it installed when I purchased it, although the other places I was looking to purchase the same TV did offer this- sometimes even for free. I was willing to pay for it, but they told me that since I didn’t set it up when I had made the initial purchase, they could not help me at all. I had just received it so I don’t understand why I couldn’t at least pay for someone to come out and install it. Now it’s sitting in a box in my living room. The customer service agent was not friendly or helpful. I should have purchased it from Best Buy or Costco instead!!

worst product ever I regret ever buying an LG we purchased our kitchen appliances on a group deal. Everything is under warranty yet they refuse to honor it. They’ve sent a repair man to my house like eight different times since December and now we’re at the end of February, and they still refuse to replace it the compressors what went out in the fridge the dishwasher we got tired of dealing with them. We just threw it away. Biggest waste of money LG appliances are junk and their representatives are crooked rude, and unprofessional. I seriously think they get a bonus to avoid honoring their warranty. I had every single thing the receipt the paperwork the email then they said they’re going on an itemized paperwork on the taxes just anything to avoid replacing it if they would rather spend money on a repair man when I provided that last bit of information which I don’t think they thought I could get they still refused saying they want to send the repair man out again I’m not sure what’s left for him to replace on the refrigerator since he’s replaced almost every single thing worst company ever they make the worst products ever never again

We ordered a fridge freezer including installation and trade-in of our old fridge. The delivery company LG uses (AIT Delivery) is horrible! They came twice and failed to complete the delivery both times due to 'rules' that were never communicated to us in advance - each visit, a different rule. On the first visit, they said 2 delivery men were not enough for a 100kg fridge and left. Why wasnt this planned properly by LG or their delivery partner? No ANSWER! On the second visit, 3 delivery men arrived but then refused to take the old fridge because it hadnt been switched off 6 hours in advance. This has never been communicated to us in any email, message or call. We even offered to let them leave the new fridge and come back again to pick up the old one, but they refused to deliver the new appliance and left again! This has been extremely frasturating and stressful for us. We planned our week around these deliveries and were left without solutions twice. LG SHOULD SERIOUSLY REVIEW HOW THEY MANAGE DELIVERY PARTNERS AND HOW THEY COMMUNICATE REQUIREMENTS TO CUSTOMERS, THIS LEVEL OF SERVICE IS UNACCEPTABLE FOR SUCH LARGE PURCHASES.

Impossible to work with. Tried to purchase products on line and order would not process. No one available on weekend to assist. On Monday no timely reply. Makes me worry to buy anything from them.

Do not buy LG microwave or range worst appliances I’ve had in 56 years of buying my appliances. My other appliances are GE and whirlpool they are wonderful. Called LG and emailed them too bad should have listened to my husband!! DO NOT BUY BEWARE!!!
