After having months of dealing with LG on my dryer deciding when it wanted to work or not, I finally got someone out to look at it. Well the wires on the inside that were supposed to be attached to the side, were actually sitting on the drum and melting every time the dryer was in use and depending on where the wires were when it stopped, depended on when or if the dryer would work again because it was shorting out. AND a huge fire risk. The tech guy said this came that way from the manufacturer. So of course I called LG wonderful customer service back (not wonderful btw), and they said they would talk to the service guy and even submitted photos of everything before he took it all apart. Well 6 months goes by, I havent heard a thing from LG and then a collection notice comes for all the charges so of course I try to call back LG back and they have no record of such an event, so I'm stuck with a bill on a product that came from the manufacter that way to save my credit.
