LG stole over £600
I’ve ordered a monitor a week and a half in advance for a birthday. On the day of the delivery I was informed by the delivery company that LG has not dispatched my order. After calling them multiple times and being told that they will only have the item in stock almost a week later, I’ve decided to cancel.
I was told that it will take 19 working days to get a refund, which was already ridiculous , but now 10 days later, I’m being told that that’s it’s going to take another 14! working days for the refund ( and that’s after I had to call them to get this information ).
Biggest piece of advice! Get your stuff on Amazon or smt. Just not on LG, unless you want to get your money stolen.
