worst customer service, Philippines operators with limited knowledge, scripted to read to you the same old BS, I cancelled an order, refused shipment like they told me to do, received an RA and after 3 weeks their still telling me we are awaiting return, they would not contact the shipper to check on where the monitor was.
Suggest do not use LG for direct purchase, at buy from major retailor with better customer support.
