Simply a terrible customer support experience.
Our dishwasher, under warranty, broke in November of 2023. It is now April of 2024 and still no working dishwasher. I won't bore you with the convoluted seven "repair trips" that didn't fix the dishwasher; but the end result was a "refund amount" for the product.
In typical LG form, we get a "confirmation notice " that the April replacement dish washer will be here on a Monday April 15th. 2024. I take the day off to receive it.
Of course on Sunday April 14h - the day before it was supposed to be delivered - they send a notice that it is now coming on Thursday April 18th. I can't change my day off as it is a Sunday and now have to figure out how to get another day - Thursday off.
Run away from LG.
