I purchased an LG refrigerator for our brand new home. When we went to install it and use it, the refrigerator was malfunctioning, there were multiple issues with it Water dispenser not working Ice machine not working Temperatures all incorrect When we would restart the refrigerator within 2 hours it had an error code and was back to factory settings I have a baby at home and cannot use our brand new refrigerator We called in 4/6 and as of today 4/24 it is still not fixed. I cannot get anyone on the phone to properly help me with LG, they third party out the repairs and while that company is nice, they’ve been useless, they’ve rescheduled coming a few times and now they are on their third time coming because they haven’t been able to properly fix it / have the correct parts etc . I cannot feed my family properly this is not only hurting my family but now costing us more money eating out and getting food every day bc I can’t store milk, meat or anything that will go back in our fridge and the freezer does not work properly either so I can’t use that. The hardship this situation is creating is taking a toll on my family and LG has been horrible in responding and accommodating.
