My icemaker has not been working properly since I bought this LG built-in refrigerator in October 2022. Finally, I decided to call for service. This is a joke! There is no service unless you go through lot of steps -like unplugging your refrigerator for 24 hours. I was instructed to put the frozen things in a cooler. These people are worthless. I am so sorry that I bought the refrigerator (for $11,000+). I had a kitchen aid refrigerator for 12 years before and never had a problem. If you buy an LG refrigerator, you will regret it.
