Attempting to access wash options like soak and presoak is an existential nightmare. Documentation literally says “Select the desired option after selecting the desired cycle and settings”.
Really? Why can’t you give me the actual navigation path for my desired option instead of making me invoke the endlessly irritation hunt-and-peck method? After which I STILL could not find the “presoak” option.
Will never buy another LG appliance.
