Customer service through LG is a freaking joke. I contacted them and made a repair request because my air conditioner plug melted. The next day I checked on my repair request to find it was canceled. Contacted Customer service again, they said they couldn't find out why it was canceled, but I should be eligible for a refund that they would look into it and text me. Next day I got ahold of them again, they said a new repair request was put in and they had personally contacted the repair guy to see what was going in. Next day I contacted the repair guy they gave me the number for and he had no idea about my repair and had not heard from lg. Worst customer service ever.
