I bought an lg refrigerator less than a year ago. Started having problems and have been dealing with these people for 2 months trying to get it fixed ! They sent out a service person (over a month th ago) who said he had to order the parts. They got delivered over 2 weeks ago and the earliest appointment is June 21st . So the stupid thing gave out yesterday and lg customer service is totally stressful and not helpful at all ! I will not be buying lg again if this is how they treat customers!
