I purchased a $3500.00 stainless Steel refrigerator and the compressor has gone out twice within 4 years. I’ve called and been on the phone for 3 hours one day trying to get my issue resolved. I’m on hold now again, it’s been 30 minutes so far. Their customer service is horrible. Long phone wait time. I believe they place you on hold so you can get tired and hang up. Worst refrigerator ever. I’ve reviewed this company after I purchased my refrigerator to find this is common. Compressors always go out. This is a bad company to buy products from. I will never purchase another LG product in life. Even if it’s on Sale, it’s not worth the stress and inconvenience this product has caused me. Don’t buy LG
