OMG! How can you treat customers so badly and have such appalling customer service? 8 weeks now without a machine - I have complained officially, was told a repair would happen Friday, confirmed by the complaint dept and yet again, for the THIRD time, the appt was cancelled on the day without any communication with me, no response to my email enquiry to the complaint department either. Machine is two years old, with a five year warranty - bought in good faith because of that warranty offer and it is not worth the paper it was written on! At this point I am looking at a charge back on my credit card for mis sold goods, not fit for purpose (obvs) or small claims court. Someone at LG needs to take control of repairs and the customer journey through them as its shambolic at present.
