ordered a laptop on lg.com. order said in stock and ready to ship. i paid in full. 3 weeks later still nothing. i called order department and after the typical very long wait, the person said the order had been cancelled. reason. the item is at end of life and no long available. i noted to person that the item showed in stock on the web site. her answer, item is cancelled. anything else i can do for you.
