Fridge is a necessity in today’s world. I field a complaint with LG on 8th July and despite repeated reminders, I have been unable to get it repaired. Their people come and take money and go away. They don’t even respond back. The customer service has only 1 answer - we will escalate.

Why such foreign companies are allowed to operate in India. They should be thrown out from here.
