Bought a dishwasher through the LG website and paid extra for installation. Received from LG a firm delivery and install date. Waited all day on the delivery date. Nobody showed, no call, no text, no email. I called LG customer service and was told "Well, we can have someone get it there 2 days from now." They just don't care about anyone's time and effort to prepare the install location.
