DO NOT ORDER DIRECT FROM LG!!!
Order arrived on July 15,2024 it was damaged. I contacted LG within 30 minutes of receiving damaged range and as of July 31,2024 I am still waiting on a replacement. Customer service is very poor. Basically they have a script they go by because everyone I spoke with said the same thing even a so called supervisor. If you ask for a call back expect to wait at least 24 hours even when you're told the next available representative will call you back. Do not order directly through LG. Star rating: negative 10. Yes it's that bad.
