After3 scheduled appointments, and a referral to the LG Presidential Liasion Team. Still have a non- working LG Refrigerator. Recommend never buying anything from Korea, or from a Korean company. Nobody shows up after scheduling service appointments. Customer Service is a non-English speaking cruel joke.
You don’t get to speak to a supervisor when you ask. You cannot speak to anyone beyond the worthless Customer Service phone number. Never ever buy this mechanically defective LG brand of dryers, or refrigerators.
