Ordered and paid for a stove from LG. Scheduled home delivery 2.5 weeks out, and waited home that day -- all day because no delivery window was offered. At 2pm I hadn't hear from anyone so I called LG customer "support" to ask for status. After making me wait for 3hrs they call me back. They told me the stove has been delivered to the local agent. After putting me on hold for 30mins a new person comes on the line and is immediately aggressive, telling me the stove hasn't been delivered, and I guess this means the new person is the local agent since they tell me it's not their problem, I need to call LG to get help.
One star is more than these clowns deserve. They have the gall to answer calls with "your time is important to us". Actions speak louder than words, It is not.
I will NEVER buy anything directly from LG again. Hopeless. You are warned.
