Worst customer experience. Fast talking but not knowledgeable or helpful. My Washer is under warranty but LG charged me $350 to set up a service appointment-collected in advance. Now, the local service provider, who also had an attitude of entitlement like I’m doing them a favor, tells me they can’t find a motor to repair my washer and there is NO estimated date for a motor to be shipped. So….i don’t even know how long I need a contingency plan. It’s not like when a dishwasher goes out…gotta find a laundromat, make time to go sit there and wash my clothes, bedding and dog items….and the LG people think this is acceptable. I won’t buy LG again after this!
