Our LG fridge freezer freezer stopped cooling just after warranty run out. I called LG call centre to arranged a repair. I had to pay £195 in advance to book a repair engineer. A week later I still didn't have an appointment. I called them and they put me through to the service center and was told that they were too busy and had subcontracted the job to another company. I rang the other company and they had not received the work from the initial company. I complained to LG and they then arranged the repair date over a month later. The solution they came up with was to cancel the repair and contact a local engineer to carry out the repair. I could have done all that in the beginning 😬😬 Do not buy anything from LG as their products fails after warranty ends.
