$1200 for literally nothing
I ordered a 45" 240 hz monitor and they sent the wrong item. They shipped me a 34" 100hz monitor and they refuse to exchange it for the correct item. I've never seen a company make such a big mistake and then just tell me they are not going to fix it. Worst customer service experience of my life.
