My wife and I have had nothing but problems with our $4000 refrigerator. After several attempts to to repair the refrigerator 2 burned up control boards, 2 complete door replacements, both ice makers replaced and wires catching on fire, the service technician put in a request for a new refrigerator for safety reasons as some of the burned wires are not repairable. LG has continued to ignore the request for replacement of the refrigerator. We would like to have some input on LG’s reasoning for the no response to the replacement request before seeking legal advice. Further more if this is how you treat your customers I will do everything in my power to spread the word on how LG does business.
