LG's customer service is horrible. Bought LG washer and dryer because my prior LG washer and dryer broke after 10 years. Bought through Better Life Assistant Christopher on September 18, 2024. Delivery was promised on September 23, 2024. Delivery was postponed and the earliest LG could deliver was November 1, 2024. I had prior pedestals. Gave Christopher model number. He said the pedestals would fit. I have a copy of the chat stating the same. Nope, it turned out they did not fit. Tried to reach LG's customer service. Everyone says they understand. Noone did anything about it. They made promises that Customer Service team representative would be in touch. Many times. Lies, lies, incompetence, and then more lies.
