Broken freezer latch under warranty but cannot get LG to fix it. After several months contacting LG support (not sure which country they’re in but they’re English is horrible) each time I called, there’s no record of me calling or any repair order. They also have given me wrong information stating my repair is not covered under the warranty, then it is covered, then it’s not, oh it is. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Just decided to pay a local repairman to fix it myself. I WON’T be buying anymore appliances or electronics from LG ever again.
