if there is an option for zero I would like to rate zero for LG. I paid expediate delivery of stacking kit and there was no email and not updates from LG that they are going to deliver late. I scheduled a installation service from third party on 21st and LG was suppose to send stacking kit on 19th. When I enquired customer service told me different stories and then finally when I asked in yes and no answer she replies to me that she cannot answer and after insisting she is saying its send to agent call fedex and ask. Can you imagine no information and you are asked to call fedex, she didnt even had tracking number. When I asked her to connect to supervisor she told me to call again. I have to now pay 300$ to the person to install my washer and dryer just because LG was lazy to not to inform customer that they are running late. Very bad service altogether. I regret buying LG product. I will not recommend anyone to buy LG products.
