My new refrigerator may be good but I have had nothing but problems with getting it installed. The delivery/installation provider -RXO was terrible and did not try to install. They needed to take off one bracket to move frig (to match specs) into place and they would not. In over 4 hours of trying online, I was still unable to resolve with RXO and LG says my warranty is invalidated if I don’t let them install.
As much as I like LG appliances, I will never buy another at least online.
