I bought an LG over the stove microwave in October 2024 from Lowe’s with a product warranty coverage for one year ! Unfortunately it abruptly stopped working on February 1st. I called the toll free number to get it resolved. I was instructed that it would be sent to the escalation team to expedite the process while the locators attempt to find a certified LG technician and if a technician was unable to be found they would issue a refund or replacement.. Multiple attempts have been made to no avail.. today is day five and still no appointment for a technician.. Now have been told it may be available within the next 24 to 48 hours! Poor customer service and this brand doesn’t stand behind their product!
