Dont buy LG online. We purchased a electric range delivered 13 days ago. Have called twice. Day 6 :New range 1. doesnt preheat to correct time. 2. doesnt heat to the correct temperature. 3. doesnt maintain oven temperature 4. burner on top comes on and goes off a few seconds later over and over again...never enough heat to cook anything.
Both times I was told to keep using it because it takes 2 weeks to calibrate. Then I called again, day 13, and told to keep using it another week and it would recalibrate. Are you kidding? Ive thrown three things I baked away. I am a BAKER. That is BS. If I knew you were selling me an oven that now, evidently takes 3 weeks to be useable I would not have purchased it. I just want it taken away and my money back. This is what we have learned. DO NOT order online...buy locally so you can talk to people who arent reading from a script. Use a credit card, dont pay cash...you have more clout that way. We got a lemon. Im contacting our state Attorney General about this.
