I bought a new washer from LG website directly few months ago with 1 year warranty. It has NOT Been working for over a month now. The repairs came several times and still cannot fix it. LG approved replacement one week ago, but there is no word from them and now they’re asking for the pictures again, but Mr. different departments etc.
I spent countless hours on the phone with LG.
It’s terrible service and I will post everywhere to advise people to never ever buy a machine directly from LG. The warrant that the advertise is a fraud.
