My dishwasher is not working. LG corporate office representative confirmed that I'd need to pay approximately $500 for a technician to come out to diagnose the issue and perform any repair. The equipment was purchased 2019. This is unfair; especially, that $500 can purchase a new equipment. Another option I was offered was a 15% discount on a new equipment.
At this time I will go to Whirlpool brand which I had before and never broke down. I only replaced it because I wanted new equipment.
