Our $2200 OLED 77 inch TV purchased November 20 24 is giving us trouble. The original TV had a screen imperfection so that TV had to be replaced. The new TV three weeks ago would not turn on either by the remote or manually. Since we are covered by the one year warranty, a technician is coming to repair the TV. However, since it is mounted, they told us we had to take the TV down and mount it ourselves. We are older and really not capable of dismounting the TV. The technician said he will bring someone else and charge us $150 to take the TV down and to remount it. We bought the TV and the wall mount both at Best Buy. Wish I knew we would be responsible for dismounting the TV. Very disappointed in my LG TV OLED 77C4PUA you might want to take a look at Samsung instead.
