Bought a fridge from them 7 years ago. Compressor failed - ok, great, 10 year warranty. Nope. I still have to pay for labor. They wanted to charge me almost 500$ to repair THEIR defective part, while my family is out of a fridge AND 500-600 worth of spoiled food over the holidays. Never ever will purchase their product again. Lousy customer support with their canned answers. I requested to escalate this to a supervisor - nope. There ARE other options than LG out there. I'm going to take them.
