I would give 0 stars if possible. I have been trying to get reimbursement for compressor & labor since January. Everyone I have spoken with a customer service rep they only can forward to someone else. I have sent the invoice to them several times and have been told it takes 5 days and someone will call me. And NOTHING is ever handled. My next step is reporting LG to the Better Business Bureau. I don't recommend LG appliances. Bother mother boards went out on double oven within 2 years. Compressor on fridge went out within 3 years and customer service is about a 1 star.
