I'm disappointed with the service experience provided by L.G Customer Care. Despite multiple calls since this morning, I have not received any proper response or resolution. The representatives repeatedly placed my calls on hold without reconnecting or addressing the issue. On several occasions, my calls were received but left unanswered.
What added to the frustration was having to explain the same issue—lack of cooling—repeatedly to 5 to 6 different customer service agents, with no continuity or follow-up. This entire experience has been extremely stressful and unprofessional, and I sincerely hope L.G takes immediate steps to improve their customer support process.
