First time buying an LG product and it will be the last time. Bought a gas range for my mother and it had the wrong grates in the box. Called and was told that it was Home Depot’s fault and needed to call them. After arguing with him, finally ordered what I thought was the right ones. They arrived the following week only to find out that he sent the wrong part. He sent oven racks. Called customer service again and was told they would expedite the correct parts. Called a couple of days later to get an approximate date for the delivery and was told that the part was not ordered because the person I spoke to entered the part number twice and they needed to confirm the order before ordering it. My elderly mother has been without a stove now for 1 1/2 weeks. The incompetence of the employees I spoke to is alarming. Please consider this when buying a product from them.
