Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I submitted a repair request sometime in April/May because my Bluetooth headset was still under warranty. I sent the headset out the next day to ensure no delays on my side. It is now June and nothing. I was informed a part was on backorder and I would recieve it by 6/1. I have consistently called customer care no response. I have used the chat no help. This is ridiculous and beyond unacceptable behavior from such a large company. If the item is backorder then provide a replacement for my item! This is so disappointing and the lack of access to customer service is ridiculous.
