I purchased an LG refrigerator 3 years ago. The compressor and control died a month ago. There is no way to contact an actual person at customer service since it sends you back to the live chat and online service, as well as finding someone willing to work on them. I found one that was recommended to me from another service man and after numerous calls to LG for warranty information and told I was covered and the serviceman I had contacted was their approved service provided it was then three weeks of continuous contact of myself and them and the service man and them with no response at all from LG. Unfortunately I couldn't wait any longer and had to replace the 3 year old refrigerator. Never purchase merchandise from them. It is a nightmare and the worst customer service experience I have ever had.
