I have over 10,000 dollars worth of LG appliances in my house. I purchased a new microwave in February of this year. The light inside stopped working. I spent countless hours on the phone with LG customer service. They kept telling me to unplug the unit and to no avail. They sent me a bulb and had a LG technician call me. He requested that I send him a picture of the bulb that was sent. He told us it was the wrong bulb, then texted me back and said he would have the correct bulb the next day. He said we would have to have the microwave removed from the cabinet space for him to replace the bulb. The microwave is 4 months old and cost $400.00. I called customer service again spoke to a supervisor for approximately an hour. He assured me he would get back to me. I never heard from him or anyone else. A word to wise, stay away from LG products.
