So purchased a TV that died just over a month after purchasing it. Started a case and jumped thru all of the hoops to start a repair request. A month or so went by before finally getting a tech assigned. Online information for repair was not ever accurate. Went through all of the slow steps getting someone here to replace the main board a few times, as well as the power supply. That was a month ago, and apparently their technical team did not submit their paperwork properly. So waiting for them to do that. So far 5 out of the 6 months I have had this it mainly has not worked. And after card replacements worked for no more than a week and died again. LG is slow with responses, slow to do anything when this is clearly a warranty issue for a bad unit. Customer service and satisfaction are not a priority here. I have other LG appliances, and those have been great. But as long as it all keeps working. Sooo not happy having a 75 inch TV sitting unplugged since I do not trust it. Super frustrated customer.
