What a disappointment this purchase has been. I’d say the only thing less reliable is the LG Support resources who not only refuse to help, but they make false promises to help resolve issues, then refuse to follow through. Background on the issue, I’ve owned the dishwasher for less than 3 years and the display screen has once again broke. A problem in which I read many complaints. I was informed hat they would cover the parts under an exception due to this being the second time and I own many other LG products. Over 2-months of working to get even a single call back, nothing. LG should be ashamed , not only for putting out an inferior product but more importantly, not standing behind a known issue.
