Ordered a new French door refrigerator (the LG Max Zero Clearance) and it was delivered with a large dent in the lower freezer door. In about a week, the replacement refrigerator arrived and it had a large dent in the upper left door. I called LG and asked for another replacement and was told they only allow two returns and so they would give me a refund instead. I agreed and ordered the same refrigerator from Lowes. Lowes delivered the same LG refrigerator in perfect condition.
