After working with their support team on my refrigerator for a month they finally sent me all the parts included in the Technical service bulletin. I called 4 repair shops listed for LG with none wanting to come out as they were to far away. I then decided to call a local guy who came the same day and fixed it. Costing 385.00 I then inquired to be reimbursed and was told if it didnt go through them there could be no reimbursement of any amount. We purchased all of our appliances for our new home from them 9 months ago. I will not but another Lg product!
