I'm too mad to explain my situation. Let's just say that I made a purchase 2 months ago. I've waited for the shoes. Sent an email and was THEN told a day after that they just shipped and I would receive them in 3-4 MORE weeks FROM CHINA! I responded to the email requesting to cancel the order and be issued a full refund. They send me an email back today saying that a refund could not be issued because the order was processed and shipped. I can't believe this!!!! I waited two months, no response and only would have received the items because I inquired about them. I truly believe they would have never shipped had I not said anything.
